The light brightness is adjustable, three dim setting. You got warm light and day night. I personally prefer warm light setting. The button is very sensitive to touch, so you just need lightly press the button then you see the magic happen. I prefer to leave the light on, to create a warm atmosphere. These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality.
