I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. Bought this ceiling fan for my parents to replace an older ceiling fan that provided very little light. I have several pieces of Mason Cash from dog bowls to large mixing bowl. I love the embossed floral design on this teapot. The top is secure so pouring is easy. The glaze is silky smooth.
