Our new CoolNes 14” medium soft memory foam king mattress is “just what the doctor ordered”. We did some research as to what mattress height would be the best for a bad back, and the 14” one was what kept coming up, so we ordered that one. It is medium firm, but not too firm. It is a full king mattress, and fits on top of the slats of our new Wayfair king bed. We have been sleeping on it for about a week, and it is still very comfortable. As you can see in the photo, it comes wrapped in a roll very tight, and my husband had to be careful opening it. It does flatten out once it is open. So far, it is definitely a 5 star mattress for us. I want to also add that once you lay the mattress flat, it takes about a day to grow to its full height. It is interesting to watch.. Maureen. Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. Just what we needed to update our Innomax fluid support bed to an Adjust-a-rest air bed! We LOVE it! It works great for King sleepers who use the middle of the bed unlike the old air number mattresses. (I do strongly recommend purchasers refer to the Innomax set-up instruction video found online because no instructions come with the product. The product does take several hours to set up and you must have a compatible bed, but it apparently fits the standard softside with 4"x6" foam rails.) So convenient to be able to get this delivered to our door in Canada with no unexpected duty/brokerage charges instead of getting it ourselves from Innomax in Denver, Colorado.
