This is the first stamped knife I have purchased as my other Zwilling knives are forged. I immediately tested my new knife cutting up veggies and am very pleased with its sharpness. Works too not as sharp but still cuts bought another one from WS. 15 yrs ago great quality..so now I have a full set from wayfair.
