These are nice storage cabinets. It took about 8 hours to assemble two units. We put 2 of these cabinets in a nook in a bedroom. They fit perfectly Instructions were clear and helpful. The shelves are stationery but will hold many things. We like the added glass doors at the top, which make it a little nicer in appearance. I gave 4 stars because 1 of the tall doors came with only 2 holes bored for the hinges. So we had to wait for it to be replaced before we could finish. Wayfair is very fast to respond to damage or parts issue and they worked with the manufacturer to get the door replaced in just a few days! It did take 2 people to place the top of the unit onto the bottom half safely. This is a very nice piece and went together very well. The storage space is amazing — the drawers and cabinets hold so much. I also love being able to decorate the shelves with baskets, frames, and little decor pieces to make the entryway feel more welcoming. The assembly did take some time, and I’d definitely recommend having two people help, but once it was together, it felt sturdy and looked much more expensive than I expected. The finish is beautiful in person, and it works so well with modern farmhouse or contemporary decor. Works perfectly for our needs! We have an odd alcove between the kitchen and dining room and needed something to give extra storage. This fit the space perfectly! The hardest part of the building process is attaching the back panel. So many little brackets to hammer in the correct angel otherwise the nails will pop through.
