Nice cabinet, easy to put together if you know how to build stuff. I added custom door pulls that I had made from a local glass blower. Using it as a liquor cabinet, quickly realized it fills up fast. Only complaint is the lights that were included were not the same as in the video and installation per instructions was to punch the pre cut holes out of back panel. I chose not to do that because I felt it would distort the back panel which is very thin and kind of flimsy. I routed the lights behind the shelves and used a split loom wire cover to hide the wires from the lights. I would suggest that the manufacturer use threaded holes and machine hardware instead of small holes and self tapping screws. Installation would be easier and would make product feel more stable. I originally thought it would be more sharply corner-shaped, but the actual design ended up being even better because it allows more usable space inside the unit. We already have the first shelf almost filled and can’t wait to add more items! We’re really impressed with how much it holds so far. I assembled it completely on my own, and while it took about 2½ hours, the instructions were clear, straightforward, and easy to follow. I took my time and never felt frustrated at any point because everything was explained well and made sense. I highly recommend this cabinet for displaying collectibles. In our case, it will be used for anime figurines, and it looks fantastic. As a bonus, shipping was incredibly fast. I was expecting delivery on the 6th, and it arrived on New Year’s Eve instead, which was a very pleasant surprise. If I had to say anything “negative” about it, I would just wish that I could change the colors besides the whites and the blue but I’m sure I could get strips on my own if I really wanted to. Overall, I like the unit. It arrived next day and the setup was pretty straightforward. I have 5 other cabinets that are similar but not identical to this one so a lot of the setup was the same. I had to makemake 2 additions to make the cabinet work for me. First, I added legs. I don’t like cabinets that drag on the floor especially when you need a place to put the power cords. Second, I added lights to the glass shelves. The way the unit works. Anything on the two glass shelves device light but if you have a lot of things on those shelves, the light doesn’t fully transmit to the wood shelves. I’ve been reading that the lights tend to die within 30-60 days so let’s see if that happens to me it I have a backup plan to add new lights o I’ll be fine if it does. Overall, a descent unit. I gave this 5 stars, but not because of ease of assembly; it is difficult and definitely requires 2 people. However, considering it's 6 sheets of tempered glass, it's not going to be easy. It did, however, go together properly. Parts were bagged and labeled well. There are some spare parts, but not many, so be careful, especially with the little teflon washers and rubber o-rings. The o-rings have to be stretched over metal things with a groove; do NOT leave off the o-rings, even though it looks like you can, because those are what the shelves rest on. Pay close attention to the instructions, except for step 6 expanded view; the side panels need to go outside the back panels; the drawing makes it look like they go inside. But once I got it all together, it looks great! Well worth the price. And the most amazing thing about it is that 6 sheets of heavy glass, each 6 feet tall, were shipped from Georgia to Texas and had no damage. A masterly feat of logistics!. Jerry. San Angelo, TX. Let me start off by saying I’m happy with how it turned out but I would recommend having two people build it. Took me over 3hrs solo. Putting the doors on the bottom was the worst part. instructions where mostly straightforward up until putting the glass doors on they were a little confusing. Husband and wife tag team to put together the armoire. The first one took 2 hours, the second one took 1.5 hours and the third one took 1 hour so in total 4.5 hrs. We had EDM music playing in the background so it kept us motivated throughout the process. The directions were very easy to follow.
