The package still arrived with a little damage but the dresser was in great conduction and we loved it! *Original* This dresser arrived very damaged! I have reached out to Wayfair and they forwarded my return request to the manufacturer. Personally I think it was damaged in transit but there were chips in the paint on most of the drawers so maybe not. I would have just touched it up with some paint but then while unpacking it I noticed huge damage to one of the side drawers that would make it impossible to assemble. Much of the Styrofoam packaging was crumbled and getting all over the place which made it all the more infuriating as I had spent an hour slowly unpacking and wiping down the pieces. Well this piece I think was package pretty well FedEx couldnt damage it which is good thing. My opinion the overall quality of the material used was not of the best that could have been used probably in my opinion but the veneer on it is very thin. This dresser is beautiful and definitely looks expensive! I love the hardware, style, and color. It arrived all in one box, and had no packaging issues or damage. I only marked it down due to the quality of the drawer tracks. The top drawers are difficult to open and close. Sometimes they even get stuck and I really need to force it open. well it arrived practically overnight so that was a surprise. after unboxing, all the parts were neatly and sufficiently wrapped and marked and upon inspection of all the parts all the necessary holes were there and all the bolts and nuts allen wrench hex wrench etc. it was quite an easy assembly I think the hardest part I had was to keep my head wrapped around which was the front but if you pay attention its a no-brainer. they gave a couple extra rails in case one breaks and a few extra nuts and bolts, and one extra handle. its a sufficient size with four big drawers and four smaller drawers however this space saving dresser will hold a lot. I plan on giving it to my granddaughter for her third son and I know she was in the market for one. the article is quite stable on its own so no anti-tipping device is needed at this point.
