This Farberware 7-inch Santoku Knife with a self-sharpening blade cover is essential for your everyday food prep tasks. This Santoku knife combines the best features of a chef's knife and a cleaver, with a wide, heavy blade that is ideal for chopping, slicing, and dicing. It features a high-carbon stainless steel blade that cuts with higher precision. The ergonomically designed polypropylene handle is comfortable and balanced for precise cutting tasks. The Edgekeeper blade cover features a built-in sharpener designed to sharpen blade edges with every use. To Use: Hold the bottom of the sharpening sleeve and gently remove the knife with opposite hand. Blade edge will sharpen as knife is removed from the sleeve, as well as inserted into the sleeve. Includes: 7-inch santoku knife with self-sharpening blade cover. Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately; wipe protective, blade cover as needed with a damp cloth.
