The fan 3 blades are made of a whole piece of wood through manual grinding, painting, waxing, and other processes, which are not easy to break and have good moisture resistance. The whole piece of wood is formed and extruded through high temperature, with good bending. The fan blades adopt a unique streamlined design to reduce drag. Wide fan blades ensure adequate airflow. Love it! Needed a fan in our nursery but I wanted something with a little more character. You can’t even tell it’s a fan unless it’s on and you feel the air. And it can move some air! You can really feel it directly below the fixture but there’s a little movement all over the room, just not as strong. Great for a smaller room! First one arrived unusable because it was packaged incorrectly. A replacement was sent quickly. No assembly required for the fixture. My husband tried to use the wire caps but determined they weren’t big enough so he used some others he had in the garage. You are limited on how you can turn this on your ceiling. The base plate does not allow for adjustments so if your receptacle in the ceiling isn’t square, your light fixture won’t be either. The bulb sockets are on hinges so it makes it a little easier to place the bulbs but you will still need tiny hands to reach in there. The tiny fan actually puts out a decent amount of air flow for its size and is perfect for our bedroom. I love that it has a remote. The remote comes with a wall mounted holder if you want to use it. Love the real wood fan blades, sleek design and light weight that I installed fairly easily, by myself. I have installed fans before and this one is slightly more complicated due to the remote receiver positioning and extra wiring to tuck into canopy. It is a very quiet fan, and I disagree with a review I read before purchasing that said it was noisy. I did not have to balance the fan but a balance kit is included. I wanted a "girly" ceiling fan and light for my MBR, and this is the one I chose. Yes, the metal color is a bit brassy-pinkish -- some would say borderline tacky/campy -- but I like it for "glamming up" my bedroom. The crystals are beautiful and the 40 or so large, weighy spheres took about 45 minutes for me to attach after the elecrician removed the older fan and installed this one. The long crystals came pre-installed, with a couple extras included in case of breakage. The fan uses a remote and has 6 speeds, moving a surprisingly impressive amount of air. The LED lights have several different colors and brightnesses. The fan runs quietly and has no balance issues thus far (it's only been a week). The clear blades fold away neatly on top of the light fixture when the fan isn't being used. IF you are looking for an understated "elegant" fan/light, this might be over the top.
