It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. This kitchen sink is a designer select enameled cast iron, self-rimming offset low dam double bowl kitchen sink. The left bowl is larger than the right. There are 4 faucet holes and a drain in each bowl. It has a beautiful glossy finish, with long-lasting durability, and it is easy to clean.

Love this sink! It was so hard to find in black. The quality seems fine, clean and shines nicely. Love having one smaller sink and one larger sink so I can wash veggies while filling pots. The shallow center divider makes it easy to use both sides or rest pots on center while washing. BUT!!!! So frustrated that you can order this sink $300 cheaper directly on the companies web site. I contacted Wayfair for a price adjustment and all they said was the company sets the prices. They refused to offer any refund or credit. Do yourself a favor go directly to the company to order..
