Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The frameless pivoting glass panel is made with 6 mm tempered glass with Lotus glass protection and Chrome accents. It pivots both inwards and outwards, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, it creates easy access when cleaning the shower and is also a great solution for slanted ceilings.

We've had this door in our tub for 8 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was installed. Acrylic tubs are light, but often do not retain heat well, this one happens to have an insulation option. Bingo! I wanted an air tub with white drain hardware, those were options here too. I wanted a sleek modern aesthetic with room for two, this unit fit the bill. I needed adjustable feet so that I could get water to flow underneath the tub in a wet room, that was another yes here. I had a really specific wish list, and this thing met it all! We're still in the middle of install, but the quality of this unit appears very promising.
