Customers generally appreciate the product's size, finding it perfect for storing patio cushions and offering ample storage space. However, opinions are mixed regarding assembly, with some finding it straightforward and others encountering difficulties with parts not fitting tightly or instructions lacking detail. The quality of the product is also a point of contention, with some reviewers describing it as cheaply made and flimsy, while others note its sturdiness and heavier plastic construction compared to other brands.
