The tables are being used in an office and will work for our needs. They came quickly and were easy but time consuming to assemble. They look nice in the room and provide a lot of space to set up two monitors, a printer, and a laptop and still have room to work. I particularly like the width of the tables. It feels very sturdy and well built, not flimsy like many desks you find today. The storage is one of my favorite features. The surface area is generous, giving plenty of room for a laptop, paperwork, or multiple monitors if needed. It’s comfortable to sit at and the open middle space provides good legroom. Beautiful desk! Simple assembly - just attach the legs. This lovely desk was a fabulous purchase! The price point is excellent for the quality. The legs are solid wood and although the desktop is MDF, it has a lovely grain is very heavy and looks expensive. There is no drawer so we added some lovely leather accoutrements for storage and a desk pad. We have a small office so the openness of the desk gives a feeling of space in the room. This is a stunning, substantial piece for my townhome's office/den. I love the black iron bar that runs through it. Great material and color juxtaposition to the solid wood. The bar is both stylish and functional as a foot rest. No ottoman needed! One caution - the walnut is much more light cherry-ish than medium brownish walnut wood, so it hardly looks like the product photo, but thankfully it still comes across as modern, as I didn't want a traditional-looking desk.
