The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) It was a positive outcome in the store. Now that I have this chair in my home office, it works very well, there too. The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. I was still able to fully assemble, adjust, and place the new chair in the home office in under 20 minutes from delivery. The auto-adjusting lombar support works well. I work a full-time remote desk job, and I am still happy with this chair after 7 months of use. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and highly adjustable. Assembly was pretty simple, too, but for us it was easier with two people. We haven't had the chairs very long, so I wonder how long the faux leather will hold up, but for now it looks good and the chairs feel sturdy enough.
