Hall tree arrived earlier than expected, was on backorder. Came in 2 boxes, both pretty heavy, luckily it was going to be placed on first floor. The bench and storage is large enough for my needs, mainly for the kids shoes and backpacks. No issues with assembly, does take time though, 1.5+ hour. Terrible construction. Scratches on finished surfaces, missing parts, and two of the cam lock holes were not drilled. I had to drilled them out myself. The description says "heavy duty" hooks. If I could give this hall tree more than five stars, I absolutely would! It was surprisingly easy to put together, and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. We have it in our garage entryway, and it has been perfect for keeping everything organized before coming into the house. There is a ton of storage between the cabinets, drawers, hooks, shoe storage, and bench. It feels incredibly sturdy, well-made, and looks beautiful in the space.
