The shelves are a lot more sturdy than I thought they would be and they hold a lot more than I thought they would. It has really helped me organize all of my shoes and bags/purses in my closet. The only downside is that the bars at the top are very flimsy and it didnt come with the rod to be able to hang things on. I had to purchase that separately. Considering the price point, I thought that the overall quality of the product was solid. The instructions to build were clear and easy to follow. And it looks very nice in my pantry closet. However, one major issue was that they did not specify what drill bit to use for the anchors. That caused major problems for me, and it ended up taking much longer to install in the closet than it should have. Be careful that you don't make the pilot holes too large if you are using the anchors. No idea why that information is not included in the instructions, but it definitely should be.
