Great storage system for small closets! We were originally trying to find a short dressed to fit in this shallow closet but this was a way better solution and much better use of vertical space. It was a lot sturdier and heavier than we had imagined which was a nice surprise. We had bought the add on top shelf to extend the upper shelf space but realized our closet wasn’t tall enough to accommodate it which is fine and now we have this small hidden storage spot on top. It’s nice that they offer the add ons but we will be returning the extra shelf since we can’t use it. This was also a great price on sale compared to other closet storage options.. Sydney. The teardrop design of the sturdy steel rod allows for a higher load capacity than a standard round bar. It also helps hangers slide easily. I installed the rods at exactly 48 inches. They feel lightweight but sturdy, and the hanging brackets feel sturdy too. The instructions were a little unclear, and I wasn’t sure what the extra screws were for, but I was able to install them. If you have the space, I’d recommend choosing a larger size for more support in the middle. I don’t plan to pack mine tightly; I’ll use them for my seasonal and most-worn clothes.. Kahrla_g. Ig.
