It’s very comfortable, pretty firm and bouncy, which is what I love. I didn’t want anything too soft. It has more than enough space for you to lounge and other people to be able to sit comfortably as well. The cherry on top is that I got this for over 100 cheaper than it normally sells for, due to the wonderful sale that Wayfair was running at the time, but I would absolutely pay full price for this if I had to do it again. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fabric. It’s soft without feeling flimsy or stiff, and it seems to be great quality overall. One of the biggest wins for me is how easy it is to clean. With two kids and two dogs, that’s a must! As for the downside, I did notice some slight variations in the fabric color between the cushions. It’s not extremely obvious at first glance, but it is noticeable, especially in certain lighting. I’ve included a photo for reference. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. So far, five stars. I don't usually like chenille but from the picture it looked like it might work. The fabric is definitely slightly more micro-suedey than the photo appears but it's nice and will be easy to clean. Assembly was fairly easy. Took me 3 hours including unboxing and I'm a slow assembler! Cushions are very firm but it's been 5 hours since they were unpackaged so allowing for the full 72 hours to fluff up I'm hoping will make them more comfortable. I don't love the look of the black feet but those can be swapped out. Only sat on it briefly to allow for the cushions to continue to fluff but it was more comfortable than I thought it might be once I saw how low the back is.
