These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. The lights look high-end. Flat to the ceiling for a modern vibe. They are perfect for vaulted ceilings, and the kelvins are good. I gave them 4-stars because one of the lights had a slightly different hue to it. We ordered 3000k, but one of the lights has an amber undertone. The light itself is very nice. I purchased two. I like that you can select the wattage and warmth of the light. However, the diameter of the fixture is too narrow. I can't quite cover the opening in the ceiling with it. More frustrating is the fact that the little springs designed to hold it in place... don't. It sags and leaves a gap between the light and ceiling. The original lights were installed in 2004 when the house was new. The lenses deteriorated to the point that I needed to replace them, but the springs on the old lights worked very well - different design. The bottom line is that these are unusable. I'm out $51.34.
