Love this pressure cooker! I've been using an aluminum PC for years, but recently changed to an induction cooktopand needed an induction compatible PC. It's easy to close the lid securely, to tell when pressure has been achieved, and to quick release the pressure. Yes, it's expensive, but I'll have it the rest of my life and pass it on when I die. The slow cooker will hold a 6 lb. chicken or 4 lb. roast and serves 7+ people. It's perfect for cooking one-pot meals like lasagna, homemade chili, barbecue, and macaroni and cheese. It's also great for everything from meatball appetizers and vegetable side dishes to delicious desserts like peach cobbler and chocolate lava cake. The removable stoneware crock and glass lid are both dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
