It was relatively easy to assemble because we had all the parts/pieces, pre-drilled holes were accurate, and we took our time understanding the directions before we built. This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. Great quality solid dresser very heavy looks great and it should last a very long time. I do have to mention that there are a lot of pieces in putting this together the directions were good but could have been a little better in a couple of areas. All the parts were there and all the markings on the wood are there for screwing in the screws or any of the other hardware. I took my time it took me 4 hours to get it all put together put it in the bedroom and get it all organized with all my stuff. It looks great and I know it was put together right because I did it myself and its a very solid d.resser no weak points at all. I do recommend using a drill. My drill went dead before I was halfway through so I had to use the hand screwdriver and allen wrench. After charging the battery some more I finished up with the drill. I also recommend after you get it all put together dont put the drawers in yet, turn the dresser on its side and install the open swing door, that way youre facing down and can drill down instead of trying to do it with it standing up, you wont be able to do it that way. I really like this dresser and think it’s a nice piece for the price. I gave it 4 stars because several of the pieces had minor damage when they arrived. Since everything was packaged very well, I assume the damage occurred before it was packed. I’ve included as many photos as I was able to upload of the damaged pieces for reference. Fortunately, once the dresser was assembled, the minor damage was not visible at all. There were quite a few pieces to assemble, so it took a while, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for.
