I’m 72 and put this together myself. The instructions didn’t always match the picture guide, but I did get it together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is from the very first screws I inserted there was some of the cabinet that flaked up. But once the screw was in place it wasn’t noticeable. It seems very sturdy. I have cement floors and had to add sliding pads to make it level. The back metal poles have a place to screw something in but nothing was included? It’s ok. Assembly was straight forward enough. It helps a lot to have a screw gun with the right attachment rather than manually setting all the screws. That said, I had to get some longer screws for a couple holes for the top that were too deep. Most important callout is that while it does say it’s good for 55-75 gallons, I would have thought it could therefore hold a 37 gallon tank. I’m attempting to put a 30 inch wide tank on top. First, I put it all the way to the left where it would be supported directly by two of the metal legs. However, the stand bowed significantly in the middle when I did this. I drained the tank and moved it all the way to the right side of the stand. Now it’s supported by two legs and the legs support either end of the tank. Anyway, the point is if you try to put a smaller tank on top you may not be able to center it, depending on the dimensions of the tank.. Anonymous. Sun Oct 19 2025

Big beautiful tank, the filter is really nice and works great and keep water clear with three stages for white filter media and three bio balls, the flow is just right and the plants have a lot of motion with moving back and forward . Say the current is perfect and not too strong, have one air stone sponge filter be perfect also. Nice have drain setup on bottom of tank in the apartment,and stand is well made and it’s really just one solid piece.and just right setup.The light is just right and easy to setup, and does have a extra set of all the parts you need for the tank incase of any issues something goes out. Just one light is potent to light yup the tank, I’ll myself save other light for a backup incase it is needed, comes with extra pump and all media .
