This play set is absolutely massive(literally delivered on a semi) and I honestly wish I would have just paid for install. Lol Its taken us forever to get it complete and we still have a little left. We did have an issue with a missing box of wood but wayfair customer service was incredible. Ive never had better customer service and its now made me a lifelong customer. They went above and beyond helping to fix the issues we had and make it right. Ive never had a company of this size that someone answers to help immediately and you not be pushed to 10 different people or waiting forever. Very impressed with them and the playset.
