We liked the size and look of this shed for storing seasonal outdoor chairs and tables. Assembly took about 4 hours including a rain delay. Once we got the floor assembled the rest of it went pretty easily except for the roof which was a real challenge. We ended up securing two corners inside then tucking the rest of it in, otherwise we would get it tucked in and it would come out. Also the door panel had a small dent which I don't think will affect the durability but a little disappointing to have some damage on it. While I think this shed will ultimately serve its intended purpose I was disappointed that it didn't tell me that I needed to get a variety of nails and screws for assembly. Patience is a virtue - I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 10 hours. Picture instructions were 90% adequate however there were some steps I had to really focus on the drawings to determine where the pieces fit - inside/outside position grooves. Some of the screw instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. Definitely use a drill to help screws go in cleanly and keep closer to the outer edges to ensure screws actually go into walls. Having a second pair of hands during the wall & roof installation would have been less taxing physically. Screws for door hinges have no spares and as 2 of the 24 provided did not fit really well and I ended up stripping one of them and the other was only able to tighten half way I would have like the floor to be a bit firmer than it is. And the sizing is more 4.5 ft x 2.5 ft which was a bit of let down as I wanted to fit my current shelving units on both sides. I also would have liked a middle roof bracket to give it more stability for the door opening, plus I think it would have helped make the roof installation a bit easier.. Christine. North Saanich, BC. I was on the fence about purchasing online based on reviews about the arrival of the shipment being damaged by some others. But after we got out of the box and evaluated everything look to be in good shape. I used a caulking gun with liquid nails along with all of the hardware kit to put it together so it is pretty sturdy for what it is . That being said my wife is happy so therefore I got off fairly inexpensively for a local alternative of a tool shed for $2000. Best to have two people or three people to make sure everything lines up and just take your time and we put it together within less than two hours with the caulking gun of liquid nails.. Greg.
