Sturdy, high-quality, and surprisingly easy to assemble! I am extremely impressed with the quality of this cantilever umbrella. While the instructions suggest having two people for assembly, I was able to put it together myself without much trouble. The materials feel very solid and well-constructed. Living in a coastal area, I need gear that can handle the elements, and this feels like it will definitely hold up to the wind when secured properly. This is a monster! Great coverage of our ten seater dining table , love the 360 and the tilt mode. It took three adults to put it together it is massive and is a bit tricky , maybe finicky when opening it but once it is open it’s fantastic and provides excellent shade. Make note the base needs to have weight added to it I think the minimum is 660 lbs! We used landscape fabric and some rubber weight plates then covered with rocks and then black river rock . That definitely adds quite a bit to the expense.. Suzanne. Los Ángeles. Fri Jul 10 2026

We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it. I finally just paid the delivery guys separately to help me try to figure it out and we got them assembled.. Brian. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Tue Dec 17 2024

It’s a beautiful umbrella once put together. The reason for removing one star is that the instructions should be more clear. Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too. It is water resistant and has been good through a couple of pretty strong windstorm weve had....just make sure to close it at the 1st sign of a wind or thunder storm. So far, I highly recommend..
