We bought this so that our foster kittens could be in the living room with us but still away from our cats and it works perfectly for that. We did get some stick-on linoleum tiles for the bottom for easier cleaning up and I love the look. Instructions were pretty clear cut and this thing is STURDY. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is the doors. They are really heavy glass doors and it feels overboard. I recognize that it’s probably to reduce costs, which I appreciate, but it feels a bit ridiculous - like I’m trying to keep tigers from getting out or something lol. Definitely recommend though!. Very stylish and pretty for a cat tee. Also quite heavy and feels very sturdy, much better than some other models that feel like they will topple over. I don’t see this one falling down. I am a little bummed that due to the size/shape and placement of the branch/basket it doesn’t fit where I had intended to put it near a window in my upstairs foyer.
