We purchased this for a party and it was great. The assembly was somewhat difficult because the instructions weren’t very clear but we were able to figure it out. It definitely requires multiple people when you are flipping it and attaching the legs. We used 5 people (and I would say I wasn’t that helpful because I am too short). l haven't setup yet but just by the packages weight this thing is going to be a beast. Will update when I get it setup soon. I set it up not bad you will need 3 to 4 people to set it up. Holds up really well. Only thing I would suggest is to get you some deep holding anchors. After that had no issue at all with 30 to 50 mph winds. The snow rating is good; just make sure you step out and clean it off before the snow builds up too much. We set this up on a Monday for a Thursday wedding, and we left it up until Saturday. It tells you not to do that, but who can set up on the day of a wedding? There was a rainstorm with thunder and lightning on Tuesday night. The house was on the shores of Lake Michigan, where winds can be higher (but not on the beach). Nothing bent at all. When we took it down, grasshoppers and crickets had left tobacco spit spots on the roof. We sat with a bucket of water and the fabric washed well. It wasn't perfect (it's on the roof!), but I was impressed that the fabric was that strong and washable. We could have got it cleaner if we cared. It took my husband and 3 kids about and hour-hour and a half to set up. When I called to ask how the tent was, my husband said "the tent is excellent." The side panels are not shown in my photos. We wanted the cross breeze. But we did use the two solid panels to hide an ugly shed behind. The window panels were nice enough, but not as pretty as Lake Michigan. I was so happy with this purchase.
