Looking for a bathroom vanity that’s both stylish and practical? This 36-inch floating model checks all the boxes. Vanity top was delivered with a chipped corner with no evidence of issues on the shipping box. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement top or refund and after a week, I had no response. After my contractor making some temporary cosmetic fix, we installed and now the plumber says the construction of the top of the vanity has left it open under the sink with no way to install and tighten the drain fixture as well as he has to cut a slot in a shelf for a proper P-trap. He's a 30 yr master plumber and has never encountered such a problem. My project has to move forward and I'm having to pay extra to the contractors. Very disappointed in Wayfair's lack of response.
