The vanity is beautiful. Very good quality. You can’t beat the real wood smell. It came pre-assembled. The only thing we needed to do was install the sinks and faucets. Ensure that your plumbing is properly set up before installing the vanity. After doing some modifications to our vanity, we were able to successfully place it where we wanted without hassle. Be aware that this double vanity does not have a back wall, so it will reveal the wall of the bathroom behind it. When placing the vanity down, all we had to do was install the counter/sink, which was easy - only had to add some silicone to the base and place down. Same story with the backsplash. This is a beautiful piece of furniture and arrived in perfect condition. However, buyer beware that it is not standard height! The “overall height” in the specifications includes the sink which we did not understand. The vanity cabinet itself is barely 29 inches high. Our contractor has to build a box for the vanity to sit on in order to raise it to standard height. If you look at the detail drawing, you might catch this fact, but we did not. I've had this vanity installed for about four months and overall I'm happy with it. The curved wood detailing gives it a more custom, high-end look than many other vanities at this price point, and it arrived well-packaged with no damage. The quality feels solid and sturdy, though it's not solid wood. My only real disappointment is the countertop. The quartz looks nice, but if you're used to natural stone, it's obvious that it isn't marble. Installation was mostly straightforward, although the included drain assembly wasn't compatible with our plumbing and had to be replaced. Customer service was great and reimbursed us for the extra expense. The drawers are one of my favorite features and make the vanity very functional for everyday use.
