I love just about everything about this little bookshelf. It is a beautiful blue color and just the right size. Assembly was easy and I love that the back isn't cardboard. This is a great sturdy and handsome piece of furniture. Made of beautiful hard wood and metal frame. The finish is a little darker than I thought it would be, but still a perfect match for my bedroom, where I use it for my computer, printer and other items. There are adjustable feet at the bottom of the four legs, in case your floor is uneven, etc. This is a really nice piece. Unlike some other folks here who left reviews, mine does not have any strange or strong scent. It smells completely fine and normal. Everything came well packaged, with just the right amount of packing materials. There was a slight (very small) chip on the very bottom of the shelf I used on the bottom. Not from shipping, likely a small defect in manufacturing. They offered me a 15% discount and I accepted. I turned that shelf to face the back and I am satisfied. Delivered on time and in good shape. All parts were well labeled and included. Instructions are picture only with no words so make sure that you are paying close attention when putting things together. But it put together easily and love how it looks as an end result. I assembled item myself. It took about 1 hr and directions were clear and easy to follow. This is pressboard with a veneer. The quality seems good for the price My main concern is that the finish is supposed to be cherry, but it looks more like espresso. My other cherry furniture is somewhat lighter with red-tones.
