Looks great, seems sturdy, has held up to multiple rainstorms. The installation instructions, however, are not great and I had to redo some parts because of it. I knew from reading previous reviews that this would be the case and tried to thoroughly figure out the instructions beforehand but still had issues. We just put this together this past weekend so far we love it. It definitely took at least 2 people to put it together fully but I husband did most of the work. The instructions are horrible but thank goodness my husband is handy and can figure it out. Update had this for a few months now. Doesn’t do well with rain. Pools up so we have to constantly use a broom stick to push off. Pretty bummed about it.. Samanth. Dearborn, MI. Sun Sep 20 2026

The JolyDale Pergola provides privacy while shielding you from the harsh sun. It provides a cozy escape on the hottest sunny days. This pergola is available in all seasons, making your backyard beautiful all year round. Add an elegant and relaxing outdoor dining or entertaining space to your garden, pool, deck, patio or yard.

I have a very small patio and it gets so much sun I rarely use it. This was a good solution. I did add curtains (with velcro tabs) and some lights. Theres ONE tricky part when assembling, the part where the legs go into the frame have a slight slant, if theyre not in the correct corners, the legs go every which way! I had to take apart and move them, but wasnt bad. Would definitely help if you had 2 people to lift it and move it, but I managed on my own. Awkwardly.. Tracy. US. Sun Jul 26 2026
