This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. The interlocking pieces made installation quick and simple, and they fit together securely without shifting. The 34-inch thickness gives good support and makes workouts more comfortable, especially for bodyweight exercises and yoga.
