Customers appreciate the product for its comfort, strong ergonomic design, and supportive thick cushions that help improve posture and relieve back strain. Many also praise the simple assembly process and smooth-gliding castors. However, opinions are mixed regarding adjustability, with some users noting limitations with height and angle configurations for shorter individuals, as well as awkwardness with the backrest and wheel locks.
