I was very excited to get this as I love cheese! The entire look is great. The color and design, great! The 6 long forks, great! The weight of the base and the pot, great! And I learned that it’s easier to melt cheese at room temperature instead of straight from the refrigerator. I like that there is a cap to put out the flame after use. I like that it came with 6 instead of just 4 forks. Use a mitt when touching the handle and lifting this coz it can get hot. You are able to remove the inside racks to adjust pan sizes. Very easy to keep clean as everything is stainless steel and the glass doors and hardware add elegance to the unit. Assembly was very easy, you will spend most of the time getting the plastic wrap film off. I received so many compliments during my parties, as it keeps the food warm to perfection. We use our garage for additional space during parties and this is a must have now! Wayfair shipping was very fast and it was packaged securely. Definitely get this commercial steam food warmer.
