It ships as a complete installation kit, though professional installation is advised for best results, and includes user-friendly maintenance features for lasting performance.

Relatively sleek looking unit but this requires professional installation which is key! Planning to install in my kids' rooms just in time for the summer. Also, great that this is a split unit that can also heat in the winter - years ago, we had another pump that wouldn't heat if the temp <31 degrees F, making it pointless. This unit on the other hand will operate up to about 5 degrees F. None of this info is easily accessible on the item description. There also is a dehumidifying option as well!. Felicia. Carmel, NY. Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024
