The evaporator arrived quickly and damage free. It is larger than I expected. I was kind of skeptical that this would cool down my patio. To my surprise, it did exactly that. The instructions were vague but I was able to figure out how to use it. When I turned it on, it took about 2 minutes before it started blowing cool air. I was amazed of the volume of air this unit pushes and it was at low fan speed. Adding ice packs cools the air down even more. I will be buying another one for my garage. Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels.
