Love this shelving unit. Got scared when the box filled with small parts arrived, but it was super easy to put together and love the solid wood shelves, none of that MDF board. Decided to use it under my kitchen counter. I just didn't use the top shelf, which was possible by just capping it off one level shorter. I purchased a rental home and it has a hallwaylaundry room by exit to the garage. Overtime I want to build out a nicer cabinet and hanging area, but I was short on time wanted to fill it up with a quality piece of furniture that could be useful short term and also fit in anywhere else. My budget was tight and I was happy to find the selection being a four tier quality metal piece of furniture on wheels that could be used anywhere. This took an average amount of time to get it set up, the 1st quarter of a football game in time. It’s strong and useful and it wasn’t a wire rack type of look. I found this from Wayfair and I’m really glad that I did cause it fit in perfectly to the small space I had between the laundry tower and the wall, and it looks classy, not like an afterthought! ️. This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again..
