This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. I love the look, color, design and materials of this product. It was easy to put together but it did take two of us at least 5 hours to do so. The bottom half of the cabinet is very sturdy and secure but the upper half is wobbly, due to lack of any kind of pieces that would really give the top half more rigidity. The upper half moves quite a bit when opening and closing doors etc. It's exactly what I wanted and need but I wish the top portion was more sturdy.. Jo. East Hampton, NY. Thu Jan 30 2025

I love this bookcase. I got the one with 8 cubbies. Excuse the mess in front of it. I’m also redoing my walk-in closet. The cubbies hold a lot of stuff… I think up to 50s each. My son put it together for me and it took him maybe an hour. I really like it.. Rita. US. Thu Oct 22 2026

Gorgeous linen white color that matches our walls perfectly. Shipping took longer than expected. I ordered 2 of these and each has some slight imperfections from handling. Luckily, it's in hidden areas not visible. I wasn't expected these to be already built. Shelves are not easily adjustable because they come screwed in place. We use for our kids' books.. Eileen. TX. This bookcase was exactly what I hoped for. However, I took a chance and hired someone to assemble them for me and they look fantastic next to one another! The bookcases are heavy and made of sturdy material and add a touch of elegance to my living room. The cherry oak matches my other furniture perfectly. Highly recommend!. Tiffany. Seattle. This 2-Tier Bookcase balance classic, modern and farmhouse home décor style. It will perfectly fit in your home office, living room, library and study room for books and documents storage. It will also fit in your kitchen, hallway and other place you would like to have something in organization. The bookcase is not pure white, the surface is wook-like pattern, and it attached very well on the board. The touch feeling is smooth, and it will be stain-resistant, just wipe with wet cloth could take good care of it.

I only deed the 2 shelf bookcase. It was fairly easy to put together. The instructions were clear. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. It looks nice. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is particle board with a sort of paper veneer, almost like Contac paper. I’m pretty sure that it will scratch easily and if you put anything wet on it, it will ruin the surface. I guess it is okay for the price.. Katherine. Arroyo Grande, CA. Thu May 21 2026
