First of all I love it! I could not believe though that the shelves were not made of clear glass so the lights illuminate both the top and bottom. Arrived on time it came chipped at the bottom door but really not noticeable unless you are staring. Happy with it and works well. The fan is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected with a fan product. I paid for assembly worth every penny. I was very surprised how well this went together, everything was fairly easy and smooth until I got to installing the door hinges. I figured it out though and it looks great. I really like the fire feature, I was afraid it would look fake and tacky but it doesn’t at all. It has a very nice glow and I can’t wait to turn it on during the winter and create some nice ambience in the house. When we received the console and was putting it together we noticed one of the doors was broken, so we decided not to send it back or put the doors on it. It was really easy to put together and the instructions were very easy to follow. We were in a time restraint to get our rental home ready for tenants The console itself is nice, but way too short for the space I didn’t know it was as short as it was.
