Disappointed. I searched many websites and products to find what I was looking for. I was excited when my unit finally arrived. I unpacked all the pieces only to find that a vital piece of the unit was broken in half, several pieces of the back board were broken and one of the doors had a large gap where there shouldn’t be one. I’m pleased with the overall appearance. The cabinet looks as described. Assembly was simple. I am 72 yr old female with arthritis and it took me about 3 hrs to complete. Full disclosure, I used an it is pressed wood so don’t overload it but it works great for my purposes. electric screwdriver or I’d still be working on it with the small screwdriver that was sent with the hardware. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas.
