I am so pleased with the console unit. It took a bit to build but we were prepared from the previous reviews. A little tweaking to get doors level but not too bad. This replaced a big heavy wall unit and in my phase of decluttering my home the storage was great. I feel like you can’t get any better for the price! To me, it looks high quality but it’s just particle board. The door hardware is really cheap plastic so I’ll probably replace those. The door hinges are adjustable but we couldn’t really decrease the spaces you can see between the doors, maybe it’s an us problem though. I would have liked soft close cabinets but again overall for the price I am really very happy and impressed. Beautiful desk! I chose to pay the assembly fee which resulted in three handmen working for two hours straight to assemble the desk. While the instructions did not appear to be confusing or difficult, there were a lot of tiny parts so it was time-consuming. My only recommendation to the designer is to make the hole for the power cord slightly larger as it is impossible to run a cord through the back of the desk once it has been assembled.. Morgan.
