The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. You might need to manipulate the arms a little bit.But trust me it will fit. It looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. I like the material also, no more dog hair stuck in the couch. Kim. I received my couch yesterday and I'm quite pleased. It seems to be very sturdy and good quality. The seat cushions are very stiff, but I'm hoping they soften up with time so it will be more comfortable. The back cushions are nice and comfy. It had a smell when it first arrived, but that was gone within hours. I gave it four stars due to the stiffness of the cushions (but in all fairness, the couches I sat on at the furniture stores were the same). UPDATE: 6 months later...I love this couch.
