beautiful quality piece of furniture commanding quality. Marnie. Val Caron, ON. Mon Jun 28 2021

it looks and feels nice and solid, the leather is nice! the legs are actually on small caster wheels which is a nice touch, although its a little odd that it has 5 legs, 3 in the front and only 2 in the back, lol, no big deal though as it feels very sturdy. The delivery team was a little rough with it while taking it off the truck, but otherwise they did a really good job fitting it through my extremely narrow doorway (28.5 inches). and it arrived in good condition. This sofa is very comfortable, but something to note, the arms are really thick in a good way, but as a result this 89 inch couch is not long enough for a 6 foot tall man to lay down across, just slightly short on that. Its a really nice size for a city apartment living room and I'm happy with it, its expensive but I think its worth the money.. Jamal. Cambridge, MA. Thu Jun 10 2021

Imagine the Valencia loveseat as the backdrop to your best evenings: long conversations, quiet reading, Sunday mornings that stretch a little longer than planned. Rich top grain leather invites you in, and every detail says this piece was made to be lived in, not just looked at. What makes this leather special? This loveseat is upholstered in 100% top grain leather on every surface, never splits or bonded leather, so what you see and touch is the genuine hide throughout. Its semi-aniline finish keeps the leather luxuriously soft, with a light wax protection that deepens and improves with age. Only the finest cuts make it into production, which is part of why the surface feels so consistently supple. How is this piece constructed? Handcrafted in Mexico from the frame up, this loveseat is made to order, so the leather cutting process begins the day you order, not before. A solid, hand-crafted wood frame provides the backbone, while expert joinery and a webbing support system ensure lasting structural integrity through years of use. What makes the cushions comfortable and supportive? This loveseat's comfort comes from a two-part system: foam-and-feather back cushions for plush softness, and pocket-coil, foam, and feather seat cushions for support that actually lasts. A sinuous coil system beneath the seat adds resilience, so the comfort you feel on day one is still there years later. How should I care for it, and how will it age? Keep this loveseat looking its best with light, regular dusting and an occasional dry-cloth wipe down, nothing more intensive is usually needed. Over the years, the leather will develop a natural patina that deepens its character rather than diminishing it. This is furniture designed for the long haul, both in how it's built and in how the leather ages.

Beautiful leather furniture…..really heavy!. Richelle. Spokane, WA. Tue Apr 30 2024

Sourced from the finest hides, the luxurious leather upholstery of this stunning piece has a dramatic vintage patina that will age gracefully. Each piece undergoes a meticulous coloring and finishing process by our team of leather artisans, to highlight the natural shading and characteristics of these buttery-soft hides. With close attention to every detail, the whipstitch accents highlight this seat's sleek contemporary design. The inner construction delivers everything you'd expect from a high-end piece that's built to last: a kiln-dried frame, higher-than-average foam density, and a tempered steel coil unit all deliver comfort, durability, and consistency.

The loveseat is just the right size, comfortable, and very well-made. However, it took months to arrive, and the color (distressed whiskey) is considerably darker than the color shown on the product page. i’ve attached a picture, but even that is a little lighter than the actual color.
