Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. Wasn’t too hard to install if you have the right tools for a brick house. Hubby needed an excuse to get a new hammer drill. We tried to get a contractor to install but it was too hard to get a call back. After a month we just installed ourselves.
