This a great awning at this price point, even my electrician son was impressed as he he was expecting troubles. To be fair, it is not easy to install. It took three adult men on ladders to put it up and a great deal of finagling before that. Also, the motor came preassembled so we had no choice about which side it was on which meant extension cords.. Karla. Stafford Springs, CT. Sat Jun 27 2026

Pros Great product for the price! It has held up very well in the CA sun over the past few months. Cons It stains easily and it was so terrible to put together (terrible instructions, lots of pieces). If I had to do it again, would have three people to hang it.. Jeannie. Los Angeles, CA. Turned out nice. Had this professionally installed and mounted the post in concrete blocks to give more stability. The metal pieces itself is lightweight aluminum but when connected together it’s sturdy. Only gripe are the shade connector poles. Their means of connecting could be improved because they slide off & disconnect from one another every now & then but so far holds up well with rain when shade is pulled back. Haven’t experienced any serious windy conditions yet to speak on so we’ll see. So far overall all good.. Bryant. Miami, FL. Wed May 31 2023
