Received quickly.. easy set up.. we had to have a new electrical plug.. filled with water.. treated with spa chemicals.. and waited til evening.. water heated to 105*.. almost immediately went down to 103*.. a cushioned at each end to sit on.. bubbles galore!!!! I love this HOT TUB. Easy set up with 2 people. It seems sturdy enough. Once inflated the sides are firm with rigid inserts(not seen) to hold the weight of the water. It heats up well overnight to 105•. It is my knee therapy after surgery. It is oval and pretty blue, big enough for 2 people comfortably. When sitting inside the water level is up to my shoulders.
