This chair is awesome!!! It came in a small box and we let it puff up. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it. I purchased this sofa because my disabled mother will be visiting and cannot climb stairs. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as a sofa bed, it does not convert into a bed, which was disappointing and the main reason for my purchase. That said, I do like the sofa itself. Assembly was straightforward, it feels sturdy, and the corduroy fabric is soft and attractive. I also appreciate that the cushion covers unzip for easy washing. I did try sleeping on it, but the armrests are very hard, making it less comfortable for overnight use. Because it doesn't function as a sofa bed as described and isn't ideal for sleeping, I'm giving it 4 stars. It seems durable and like it will work well for our purposes, but for some reason they adhered a parts number label to the surface of one of the cushions - which is visible - and it’s bonded to the material So … not sure how we’re going to get that off. We’ll figure something out, but it’s a pain. Considered three stars tbh but it seems like a decent value for the price. And it would be a hassle to send the whole thing back.
