These are great pans for the price, comparable to other more expensive ceramic pans I’ve had in the past. They work well with our induction top and food did not stick. Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. The knob feels substantial and makes it easier to grip the lid. I have attached photos comparing the before-after. We really like our new fry pan. It is the nicest non-stick fry pan we have ever owned. We can cook long pieces of bacon along with eggs and potatoes at the same time.
