It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). On "con" = we find we're having to be extra-careful not to drag heavy pots across the cooktop (as we'd gotten used to doing on the very rugged cast iron grate of our gas cooktop at home) - this induction cooktop surface definitely feels more "delicate" than our gas cooktop grate.
