Once together we realized that we needed a little more support for our foam mattress because the metal slats were not wide and had to much space between them to give good support. This bed was so easy to put together. It’s great quality. I really like it. I got the chestnut color in a king and it goes great with the acorn night stands I also purchased from Wayfair. We are pretty happy with the platform bed. Very protected in the box. The instructions were only pics, which was easy to understand. Gorgeous bed! Had a few issues with a board that didn't fit, but Wayfair offered us a discount if my husband drilled a hole or offered to send a replacement part.
